Do not forget the Mandatory Disney Trip meeting will be Nov. 7th, Thursday at 7:00pm. We will discuss all the details of the trip.
For those who haven’t paid, the dry cleaning fee and shirt fees may now be paid online here or by check. Checks should be made out to Bay Music Boosters and may be given to the directors. Types of shirts available are:
- $3 used from Bay Music Boosters, the supply and sizes are limited do not choose this option unless a shirt is available
- $17 used from Tuxedo Junction.
- $22.50 new shirts from Tuxedo Junction
All choirs will be participating:
- A Cappella;
- Trouble and Bass;
- Men’s Choir.
Concert attire is required, tuxedos for the boys and dresses for the girls for the upper class choirs. Freshmen should follow the guidelines issued at the beginning of the year. Since students will be on risers, clothing needs to be modest and something that allows the student to breath. Dress shoes should be worn by all.
Don’t forget about the Varsity concert, which is $5 per person and $3 for students and seniors. It is in the BHS auditorium at 7:00 pm on November 4th. We will perform all of the music from this year’s marching band season. It will be recorded for CD and DVD. You do not have to pay that night just fill out the order form and when you get the CD’s a month or so later, you will receive your bill. They make great stocking stuffers. Show off this awesome band to all of your family and friends!
Friday’s attendance for the football game versus N. Ridgeville will be 6:00pm. This is also NEOEA day so there is no school. We will be performing our Rolling Stones show with special guest Mick Jagger. We will also be combining for a spirited rendition of Long Train Runnin’ with the NR band!
The practice schedule gets weird this time of year because of soccer playoffs and the Fall play. Tuesday 15 is the only practice for this week (6-7:30pm). Next week’s practice is Monday the 21st 6-7:30pm, and Thursday the 24th 7-9pm.
From Mr. Allen
Friday’s attendance for the Away Midview football game will be 5:15pm. We will be premiering our Rolling Stones Show this week.
Don’t forget practice is tonight (Monday) 6-7:30pm! Playing test on Sympathy and Jumpin’ Jack Flash.
Have a great week.

UNIFORM HELP FOR FOR FRIDAY 10/11/2013
Sue and I want to thank all of the volunteers for last week. We had a great show and as usual could not do it all without all of your help. Thanks go to Nancy Greske, Jana Roach, Marilyn Smith, Annett Diamond, Todd Hutchison, Sue Messinger, Jana Roach, and Barb Forsythe and Stacey.
We need at least 6 parents to help get the band ready before the on Friday. We need to open the uniform closet at (30) thirty minutesbefore report time that Mr. Allen lists. We decided thirty minutes is more than enough time for the closet to be open.
2. We need 6 parents to help hand out plumes before the halftime performance. It is tough having 106 kids show up for their plumes at the same time.
3. We need 6 people to Febreeze and help make sure all the hats & uniforms are returned.
If you are able to help in any of these areas, Sue & I will be grateful. We can’t do it without you.
