Volunteers Needed: SignUpGenius

Tuxedo Chair: BHS Symphonic Band, BHS Orchestral groups – Organizes volunteers for measuring and assigning tuxedos to students in these groups; meets 3-4 times per year. Tux fitting typically takes place in late August. 

 

Marching Band Uniforms (will train for the Fall of 2023) BHS Marching Band: 2-3 people to work as a team – Responsible for fitting and assigning uniforms to incoming and returning marching band members; Recruiting weekly volunteers for pre-game uniform inspection and post-game uniform cleanup; Maintaining uniforms; Meets frequently from late spring through end of the football season. Must have availability during the day and some evenings in the two weeks of summer band camp, early evenings on Tuesday or Thursday during the season, and Fridays pre- and post-game. Membership Drive Chair (will train for 2023 Drive) ALL BMS AND BHS MUSIC PROGRAMS (1-2 people can work together) – Responsible for everything involved with the end-of-summer door-to-door fundraising campaign, including recruiting parent volunteers, distributing promotional materials, and organizing walking routes.

 

Sign-Up Genius Chair: ALL BHS MUSIC PROGRAMS – Responsible for posting volunteer opportunities at the request of the music directors or committee chairs. Position to begin in 2023.  

Website Chair: ALL BMS/BHS MUSIC PROGRAMS – Update and maintain Music Boosters website; Occasionally add content to social media accounts throughout the year; Highlight all music groups including choral, orchestral, and band ensembles.
